    Woohoo! I was only going to walk 3 miles today and ended walking 4! So now I'm at 41 miles with 19 to go!!

    I know! I know! I look like I've been slacking...but I haven't! I PROMISE! I just started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution this past Saturday so that's where all of my energy has been. I will still do my LS DVD's but just on my one day off a week. If I'm not too worn out I was thinking that maybe I would do some 2 mile walks in addition to JMBR on the days which I am off work.

    Don't think I will make my goal this month. Have a relative in the hospital and it involves a long drive. No points for miles done while driving, huh? :wink:

    Happy Memorial Day Monday 5/27/13 :) Weekly Mile Report:

    Yep, Still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan. However, I am customizing by doing different days on certain days because of varied energy levels. By Friday I seem to run out of gas LOL.


    05/06- 3 Mile + Abs
    05/07 -4 Mile + Arms
    05/08- 1 Mile + Legs --- Got the husband to join me for that day even :D
    05/09- 2 Mile + Chest/Back
    05/10- Could only do 2 miles today with warm up/cool down and full body stretch

    05/13- 5 mile + full body stretch
    05/14- 4 mile + Arms
    05/15- 3 mile + Abs
    05/16- 2 mile+ Chest/Back + 30 min weight training :)
    05/17- 1 mile+ Legs

    05/20- 5 mile + full body stretch
    05/21- 0 mile - illness
    05/22- 0 mile- illness/friend from out of town
    05/23- 0 mile-illness/friend from out of town
    05/24- 0 mile-illness/friend from out of town
    05/25- 0 mile-illness/friend from out of town

    05/26- 0 mile-illness recovery/friend from out of town
    05/27- 0 mile- recovering from illness FINALLY. Swimming today.

    I have a TON of catching up to do this week, but I KNOW I can do it. Last week, I had a friend come into town all week and I became pretty severely dehydrated and heat exhausted so I had to rest a lot per my doctor's request. I am FINALLY on the mend and can't wait to get starting back up tomorrow. I think I will meet my goal just under the May wire :)

    I'm at 45 miles yet. I don't think I'll reach my goal of 60 miles. I had to take a couple days off due to a huge migraine. I'm still going to try to get as many miles as I can so I might get to 50 which is still pretty great for me!
