I'm Nikki from Jersey and I am 27 years old. 5'7. My SW before mfp was 320. I lossed a total of 40 lbs so far by my Birthday (Jan 16th) I want to loss 100 lbs so by the end of this challenge I need to loss at least 60 lbs, I am not sure how often I will weigh in, currently I do it weekly, but I am thinking about changing it to monthly.

Hi Ladies...I'm new to this but willing to give it my best. I love the accountability, as I desperately need it. I've been able to lose the same 30-40 pounds for years now. When I make this goal, the real work begins in getting past that 250ish area. But one thing at a time. I'm going to be very conservative in my goal and any extra will be great. I need to train myself to do it right so that this is the final attempt to get my body back.

:laugh: I can hardly believe that I dropped the weight considering I have been on vacation for the last 5 days, but I was very mindful and stayed on task. But actually I have been eating really clean and incorporating Insanity (which is CRAZY) and running 3 miles 5 days a week. And I am not a runner by any means, but it has worked for me because I lost 25 pounds in only 2 months!!! Halfway to my goal!!!0 -

I am in, I am Shani, I recently started a new journey to shed the lbs by November 20th. I am 5'7, my sw was 224(7/16/12)....i weigh in once a week and as of 8/2/12 I was 216 (yaayyyyy for the 8 lbs shred). My goal weight is 155-160. The wedding was originally 2 years ago, but it was called off and now it is back on. I lost 54 lbs for the wedding 2 years ago, unfortunatley I gained 50 back when I started working 3rd shift while finishing my last year of college. I didn't work out and I got comfortable with a couple lbs back here and a couple there, well here I am ready for a new beginning and I pray that I am able to keep it off forever this time!! Pray for ME!!

Hello Ladies! This is a great challenge and I think it may be exactly what I need to really keep myself motivated!!! I'm Karissa, 29, from Illinois and I want to have made a big dent in my weight loss goals by my 30th birthday, since yesterday marked my half birthday all of my procrastination has hit me in the face!!!

Haven't checked in a while, but I'm still on board. Fighting the temptation not to step on the scale until the 23rd. Eating right, working out DAILY, and making those small changes to help me reach my goals. Hopefully these 10 pounds melt off this month! It encourages me to see you ladies sharing your victories and makes me want to do the same! I love this group!!!0

Today was my weigh in day (8/9/12) and I came in at 238 pounds. :indifferent: Slower progress than previously but still on track to meet my first goal of 236 by 8/23/12. I think my problem may be eating too few calories. I'll try and see what adjustments I need to make. At least it's not a weight gain. My next weigh in is 8/16/12.

Hey all I missed my last weigh in 8/4/12 so I will be weighing in this saturday. I didn't have much motivation this past couple of weeks, so I decided to come back and give it my all!
I joined the YMCA, so starting this weekend I will be going to the gym for the first time in years, any suggestions on which machines to do first?
