I did not lose any weight this week, but I am praising God that I was able to maintain. I had an emotiional week and used food as my comfort and stopped exercising. So I definitely see the areas in my life that need work; I will not give up- I am still in this!!!

I'm just checking in. I haven't been on the boards in a few days. I had a little weight loss last week. I'm at 197 now. I went to my Piloxing class tonight and I'm glad I did. I was in a bad mood this afternoon and almost talked myself into not going. I'm so glad I went because I felt better afterwards. I'm starting to see some changes when I look in the mirror now. My face doesn't look as puffy. I hope everyone is doing well. Keep the focus and get rid of that jiggle:)0 -

Down to 269.8 based on the scale Monday. So that's a 1% weight loss.
Considering that I had surgery last week, I'll take it. I want to work out a little, but I am scared that I will push it just a little too far to fast, so I am walking right now. But I want to do more.
I'm hoping that everyone is having a safe, happy healthy week.

Hi Ladies...I'm new to this but willing to give it my best. I love the accountability, as I desperately need it. I've been able to lose the same 30-40 pounds for years now. When I make this goal, the real work begins in getting past that 250ish area. But one thing at a time. I'm going to be very conservative in my goal and any extra will be great. I need to train myself to do it right so that this is the final attempt to get my body back.

Wow great results from so many of you!!
I havent lost anything yet but I havent gained! I have been incorporating a lot of new exercise so I am letting my body adjust to the new muscles being used!!

I'm JohnNisa and I just joined the group today! I'm 23 and living in Annapolis, MD.
Starting weight 266.6 (gained 60 plus pounds with pregnancy now have a 5 almost 6 month old)
Goal Weight: Between 220 - 230 lbs. Hopefully losing at least 10 pounds a month
I've started eliminating extra sugars from my diet (sodas, juices, sweets) and have been drinking a half gallon of water a day, along with lean meats, vegetables, and some fruits in moderation.0 -
