    Good morning ladies, I lost 2lbs this week...3 away from my August 23rd goal. I'm very happy! Finally a lost 2 consecutive weeks. I hope I'm on a roll! Headed to work. Everyone have a great day!

    Monday check in!

    07/26/12: SW is 213 and GW is 165.

    Goals:
    1 - Aug 205
    2 - Sept 195
    3 - Oct 185
    4 - Nov 175
    5 - Dec 165

    08/06/12: CW 206.8 <-- Admittedly, this weigh in is from Saturday. It's been so long since I've been this close to 200 that I'm afraid to step on the scale again just in case it really WAS one of those fluke happenings where I've lost 10 lbs overnight! I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and enjoy the feeling for a couple of more days -- maybe even until next Monday -- before I get on the scale again.

    WOOOHOOO great job!! I think Jillian had a lot to do with it....lol.

    Good morning ladies,

    I lost 1.4 this week. I'll take it...very happy! The last 3 weigh-ins have been small gains so maybe I've busted through that plateau. I'm 6 lbs away from my first goal. Will work very hard to get there. We can do this ladies!!!

    Morning everyone!!! I am weighing in monthly, but I plan to update weekly. I say that to say I am half a pound down this week. Im not sure whats going on with my body, but these last 3 1/2 weeks my weightloss has been at a creep. NOT complaining though, at least its not a gain. But if I want to be at 165 by Xmas its gonna have to start falling off a little faster.

    Hey Divas!!!

    I'm Nikki from Jersey and I am 27 years old. 5'7. My SW before mfp was 320. I lossed a total of 40 lbs so far by my Birthday (Jan 16th) I want to loss 100 lbs so by the end of this challenge I need to loss at least 60 lbs, I am not sure how often I will weigh in, currently I do it weekly, but I am thinking about changing it to monthly.

    Hi Ladies...I'm new to this but willing to give it my best. I love the accountability, as I desperately need it. I've been able to lose the same 30-40 pounds for years now. When I make this goal, the real work begins in getting past that 250ish area. But one thing at a time. I'm going to be very conservative in my goal and any extra will be great. I need to train myself to do it right so that this is the final attempt to get my body back.

    As of Friday 8/3, my weight is 279. I'll take it. My weekend was not that great so hopefully, I can rebound this week. Didn't really go over my calories but the food I ate was all junk :wink:

    I am in, I am Shani, I recently started a new journey to shed the lbs by November 20th. I am 5'7, my sw was 224(7/16/12)....i weigh in once a week and as of 8/2/12 I was 216 (yaayyyyy for the 8 lbs shred). My goal weight is 155-160. The wedding was originally 2 years ago, but it was called off and now it is back on. I lost 54 lbs for the wedding 2 years ago, unfortunatley I gained 50 back when I started working 3rd shift while finishing my last year of college. I didn't work out and I got comfortable with a couple lbs back here and a couple there, well here I am ready for a new beginning and I pray that I am able to keep it off forever this time!! Pray for ME!!

    Hello Ladies! This is a great challenge and I think it may be exactly what I need to really keep myself motivated!!! I'm Karissa, 29, from Illinois and I want to have made a big dent in my weight loss goals by my 30th birthday, since yesterday marked my half birthday all of my procrastination has hit me in the face!!!

    My goal is to lost 10 lbs a month on this challenge!

    Just checking in ladies!! I've commented on as many posts as my fingers could stand, and I'm SO excited to see you ladies workin' it out and gettin' fit!!

    No weigh in for me just yet this week. I spent the weekend with my husband and some of my best friends. Of course food was everywhere and the center of the festivities. I had a great time making memories...and consuming too much..lol. I know I probably gained a couple of pounds but I'm staying as far away from the scale as I can until next week :)

    Hey ladies welcome new members update I have less thanks 2lbs to go to reach my aug 23rd weigh in after weeks of fluctuations the scale starting to go dwn a little bit changed my eating habits to more meat/protein/fruit hopefully ill meet/exceed my goal

    After weighing myself today and yesterday I'm 2-3 lbs away from my goal for the month and have a week to go until my weigh in! I am so happy to see some results! I've been reading everyone else's posts and it looks like everyone is doing great! (even if we do slip up once in a while!) Stay motivated and on track everyone!!!
