    Can I drink sparkling water instead? It might sound odd, but plain water makes me nauseous... :(

    If it doesn't count, I'll try to overcome my nausea...

    I would think it counts, though I would avoid the kinds with sodium. Other ways I have tried to make water yummier (though I've grown to like it on it's own) is to add lemon juice. A lot of people would agree plain tea counts as well (though some say only non-caffeinated counts).

    I love the lemon juice too. I've started soaking fruit (pineapple, honeydew melon, etc..) in my water to give some variety to the taste.

    Nice, I'll be all over this one :bigsmile:

    If anyone has trouble - the best thing to do is just keep a big jug o water at your desk or wherever you are. The 32oz QT cups are awesome for this :drinker:

    This will be an interesting challenge. I tend to prefer tea over water, but I am pretty sure I can make this happen.

    I usually only average 2-3 glasses a day so this will really be a challenge for me! Guess I need to schedule more bathroom breaks! LOL

    Impressive!! Any tips? Imagine you sit down and drink at intervals or something?

    another way to change up the water is to add cucumber... I love it!
