Thursday. No exercises. Burned 276 riding my horse.
Friday. Toted a 2 gallon sprayer around the bottom pasture for just over 2 hours. FitBit says I walked 4 miles.
The scale says I have lost 1.5# for the month. I'm PMS'ing and my face is breaking out. I know there's some water weight going on.0 -

Thank you team for an awesome month, I am so sorry that I slacked at the end. Everyone did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to participate in September or October. I have a lot going on with work and I do not know the direction I will be taking with my trainer (I hope to start next week). However, I will still be around0
