Mid September start Body revolution

Im starting this thread for all of those who have just started BR around now. I'm calling in mud September start body revolution. Not very creative I know. Please join us. It will be great to motivate each other.

I'm on day three today.

    Welcome. We will be on different time zones but hopefully there will ways be someone around to keep the motivation up. I'm in Scotland and its nearly 8am.

    Started and got to week three in the summer but back starting again.

    I started week two yesterday and i am really enjoying it (if that is the right word). When i can, I am doing the cardio and the workout for that day and i also walk my dog for an hour. I lost 6lb last week and that was after going to a restaurant and having the 10 course taster menu (shame). i have a fair bit of weight to lose but taking in a pound at a time. Good luck everyone :)

    I started last week on Septeber 8th, but would love to join this group. Today is week 2, day 10 and I did Workout 1 this morning. Only 3 more workouts before I start workouts 3 and 4! Yikes! :)

    I'm on day 3 but going to do a run instead of the cardio workout. I'm doing C25k.

    Hi Ladies...I just finished Day 2 Workout 2. I'll admit I was hesitant at first with Jillian an her militant attitude...but I'm liking it now...she is keeping it real.... Is anyone doing the 30min 2x to make it a full hour?

    Well done!! I'm just doing one workout a day. Just done week 4 of couch to 5k
    Instead of cardio 1 for day 3. Just started to rain at the end. Yuk.

    Just done work out 2 (2nd day of week 2) - is anyone finding it hard to wrap the resistant band around your feet quick enough or is it just me? :)

    I got the green one with it and it snapped. I just bend over and use weights instead.

    I do just one at a time, I would mentally be finished after that anyways, I am also running 4 days a week along with the BR program, hopefully that will give me a much needed jumpstart.

    I just started yesterday. I wanted to start diet but some work/social commitments threw me off so I will start diet next week.

    I did both workouts the first week my first time around. I completed my 90 days the beginning of Sept, took a week off, and just started over. This time I am only going to spend one week on each level. I built a lot of muscle the first time around and I am shocked by how much easier it is now! I did not do the diet, but I still had great results. Stick to it, Ladies! You will be so glad you did!

  • I started on 9/10 and am on the second week of Phase 1. I'm actually about to do my first Cardio 1 for this week (I really hate those running man moves!). Did anyone start around then?

    Hope everyone is enjoying JMBR so far!

    Today was day 3...I did Turbo Fire cardio instead. I'm doing a JMBR/Turbo Fire Hybrid... My body is still sore from yesterday...ahhh

    Just finished my first Cardio 1 workout -- yikes! Running man + suicides are brutal -- had to stop a few times while doing these. Hopefully this will get easier as I get fitter???

  • I was up this morning at 6am doing thursday week 2 (workout 1) and the cardio I missed yesterday. I could dress it up and say i am so busy and stuff but the fact is I got in from walking the dog and I was exhausted so rather than half *kitten* it, I decided to do it today. I have to admit I am looking forward to some new routines next week. Have a great day everyone :)

    That's a great idea - I'll try cardio 2 next week. This morning was cardio day and I did a Turbo Jam workout. Rest day tomorrow and I must say I need it!

    Omar is pretty hot too, I'm waiting and hoping that in the future workouts he has his shirt off. I may change my crush. Omar definitely gives it his all at all times and he looks like he can MOVE.
