So sad have to stop my walk challenge for this month.
I have ring worm (a kind of fungus infection) on my back.
when it started 3weeks ago i thought they were pimples and ignored them and continue my walk challenge every day and was sweating like mad.
Just two days ago suddenly realised the patch is getting so big and i can feel my back become scaly and abit itch and it spreading to the back of my neck.
Been to the doctor just now, he asked me to stop my exercise for 2-3 weeks and get the ring worm treated and during this time i have to keep my back dry so no chance I have to stop exercise... so so so sad..
But I will be back in 3 weeks time... all the best to you guys for your challenge this month.. see you soon....0 -
