Way to go skrakalaka! You look great. Your tummy and thighs look incredible now and I can see some leaning and definition in your (already great looking) arms. Those are some excellent results. Can't wait to be done. 1.5 weeks left for me.
What kind of calories were you taking in during the program?0 -

Thanks Heidi! I'm eating about 1300-1500 cals/day. I ate more in the beginning of the program because I was hungrier for some reason, now I can get by on less. I was eating all my exercise calories back but I don't feel like I need to anymore.0 -
You look GREAT! Way to go on all that hard work! Even your snowmen are impressed!0

Hey you did great and your blog is helpful. Congrats.0 -
OK, so I'm finally getting around to posting my stats. As I said earlier, I haven't seen much weight loss over this program, and at the end I'm slightly disappointed at how little change I'm seeing in measurements and all that, considering how much hard work this program took. Anyway....
Stats [start / finish (change)]:
Weight (lbs): 155.4 / 155.8 (+0.4)
Bust (in): 40.0 / 39.0 (-1.0)
Waist (in): 32.5 / 31.0 (-1.5)
Hips (in): 42.0 / 40.5 (-1.5)
Upper arm (in): 12.0 / 12.0 (same)
Upper leg (in): 24.5 / 23.5 (-1.0)
Pics (top are @ start, bottom are @ end):
Edit to add: halfway through the program I was up to 161lb, so I am happy that I'm at least back down to the weight that I started at.
Hey just the fact that you finished the program deserves a big pat on the back. Give yourself some credit. I didnt see a ton of progress but I'm going to repeat the program soon as I'm done. Nevertheless I feel so much stronger and more conditioned than I did in the beginning. Some progress is always better than none! Way to go!0 -
So I can finally call my self a Body Revolution grad!! Finished on Christmas Eve!
Really loved the whole program it was tough but doable. Loved that each new set of dvds you thought this is so hard but after the 2 weeks you had gained in strength and ability and were able to complete them so much easier.
My results are:
Weight - 10.8lbs lost
Body Fat - 6.2% lost went from just over 32% to just under 26%
Waist - 4 inches lost
Hips - 5.5 inches lost
Chest - 2 inches lost
Stomach - 4 inches lost
I didn't take progress shots which I am kinda sad about because I love seeing others but I can definitely see the difference in my body. So I am a total Jillian Michaels fan now and have signed up to her online/app program.0 -

Yay Jen! I was wondering when you were done. Wow look at all the inches you lost! How much is her online program? Is it different than MFP?0 -
It's around $4.50 a week I am using the app on iPad so each day it gives me an exercise plan and a meal plan. I don't follow the meal plan exactly but I have started to take some inspiration from them. It is similar to Mfp in that you can log food and there are message boards. I am using it for the exercise plan really i know I could make my own but I need the structure and accountability.
I'm going to do it for a month at least see how my progress goes!0 -
Cool! I might try it after I finish Turbo Fire0

Wow! You really smoothed out all over! Congrats on your success!0 -
Wow! Everyones results are AMAZING!!! Job well done ladies!!
Now my question...Is it any harder then 30DS?? I have the 30DS and LOVE it! I am in my middle of the second round, after I finished it last year I bought the ripped in 30, and didnt like it and didnt finish it. Just last week I bought her killer buns and thighs, and I dont like it either! Not sure why, I tried the killer buns and thighs immediately after doing a round of the shred so maybe it was too much that day but I couldnt finish it! I havent tried it since cause I am still doing the shred! But I really wanna try the Body Revolution just afraid I wont like it and dont wanna spend the money on it and not finish it?! If you have tried other JM videos what is similiar to?0 -
I think that JMBR is wayyyyy harder than 30DS. But if you have done 30DS then you are familiar with the style of it, the exercises just get, um, more creative It is a very fun program though and I love the room full of people working out. Nice dynamics. If you have done 30DS you can do this!0
-
By the end of 30DS you should be ready to start Phase 1 of Body Revolution. The great thing about the program is that she starts with "easier" moves, which prepare you for the more advanced moves in the next phases. You won't believe how strong you'll become! I surprised myself.0

Ok trying pics again. Look 3 posts up for the stats. In the pics I'm wearing the exact same clothes in the beginning pics form march to the end pictures in June.
I followed the diet to a "t" and did the kickstart week, but not the 2 workouts a day in the kickstart week.
You are truly motivating!0
