Happy New Year Walkers!
December was another outstanding month! We had such a great group and the success of goals met was very inspiring!
So lets do it again in January! This is an ongoing monthly challenge and anyone is welcome to join. We are primarily walkers who walk with Leslie Sansone but welcome all walkers and joggers to join the fun!
Set your goal of miles to walk in January, post your results daily, weekly or whatever works for you.
I am planning to mix things up this month but always have Leslie in my routine. Setting my goal for the month at 50 Miles.

I'm starting the year with an injured ankle and anti-inflammatory med but I still am aiming for 30 miles for January. My doctor will not let me start until January 7th:ohwell: I will get there!!!0

I'm definitely in..........gotta just bounce back after my lack of walking in December. No one to blame but myself, but giving myself a fresh slate and moving on. Here's to many miles of walking in the New year.0

You all are awesome and I'm so glad u r here!! We can do this!! KAR1949 work on upper body or Abs and the walking can come later whn ur doctor releases you. Wish u a quick recovery
Got the new video yesterday at target belly blasting walk! Did the two miles this am and part of the floor wo as I was alrdy tired from the stronglifts this am. It is pretty good!! I currently belong to her walk club on line but she's closing it down this month and she's moved into a new direction. But 2001 is the year that I started her wo and has forever changed my life . I wish all of you well in this journey and feel free to add me if u like:)0 -

I'm new to the group and ready to be active again. I started a new job in August that includes an hour long commute. I've blamed my lack of exercise on the extra time spent in the car, but I can't afford to keep making excuses. So, my goal is 30 miles this month. Im ready!0

I'm new, and starting out with a painful adductor injury, but I'm sure I can manage to squeeze in 20 miles with Leslie in January.

I am in again this month. I did 30 miles last month so I am going up another 10 miles this month.
My goal is 40 miles.
I plan to keep going up until I get to the point that I am stretched each month, where that is, I don't know. 50, 60, or 70, who knows.

1/1 3 miles-walk slim 5 big miles. miles 1, 2, and 5 with warm up and cool down and stretch0 -
January 1st: Walk Slim: 1 Mile plus warm up and cool down. My right adductor muscles are not really happy, and I did not even do the knee ups... Hopefully it's only temporary. I really want to do this challenge.

I just joined MFP and this group today. I am hoping to find motivation and inspirations from the fellow MFP members as I am just starting my weight lose journey.

Thank you, princess, for getting us together again. I just loved this group last month and I am in again.
I've put on some 'seasonal weight' and therefore I aim for walking 60 miles with Leslie Sansone dvds or outside on the road and running 60 miles.
