    I'm so in! I absolutely love Leslie and her DVD's are my go to exercise. She helped me lose over 100 pounds a few years back, although I have gained about 40 of those pounds back, I am counting on her to help me get those pounds back off!!

    My goal for January is to walk 50 miles, hope for more but won't overshoot.

    1/1 3 miles-walk slim 5 big miles. miles 1, 2, and 5 with warm up and cool down and stretch
    1/2 3 miles-walk slim 5 big miles. miles 3, 4, 5 with warm up and cool down and stretch

    I'm setting a goal of 4 times a week so that is 80 miles for Jan.

    I just joined MFP and this group today. I am hoping to find motivation and inspirations from the fellow MFP members as I am just starting my weight lose journey.
    For January my goal is to walk 60 miles with Leslie and/or on treadmill. Here is my punch in for today.


    January Goal: 60 Miles

    1/1/2013: 3 Miles (Walk it off and Tone it up)

    Thank you, texasgardnr! I borrowed the DVD from the library and I did it for the first time today, but I loved it! after the 3rd mile, I felt like I have spent an hour in the gym!

    I also borrow that one from the library periodically :smile: It is a great work out for sure. Good for you :flowerforyou:

    I'm back and taking it slow to build myself back up--Mommy duties kept me from doing workouts on a regular basis, so now the journey to get back on track....

    My goal for January will be 15 miles.

    Day 2 = 5 miles
