            I track my steps per day and per week including Leslie steps. I try for 10000 steps per day which is equivalent to 5 miles. I am at 60000 steps for the first week. Hooray!0

            Wow, it's so great to see how well everyone is doing! I've walked each day with Leslie since starting this challenge, but my real test will start tomorrow as I go back to work after being off for the holiday weeks.
 For this past week, I walked 16 miles:

            Hi! I'm new to this group and to Leslie's DVD's. I recently bought the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan after seeing my sister-in-law logging her walks via Facebook (and she has lost almost 50 lbs with her walks and WW!), so I was intrigued. I did my first walk this morning and it was a lot of fun! :-) Looking forward to mixing up the walks with some other videos that I have in my collection as well.

 Welcome fwaffy49, I am so glad that you are walking with us and taking that proverbial first step, or as we count it: first miles. I am totally proud of you. Every one of us started out with a first mile at some time or another. Purpose in your heart that you will never be as unfit as you are today, then you will only get more fit over time... one day and one mile at a time.

 I am new to MFP. I Absolutely love Leslie Sansone. I Have almost all of her work outs!
 3 years ago I lost 80 lbs, in 10 months, by doing Leslie's work outs everyday and following WW. I have since gained most of it back.
 I know its already a week in, but I would love to join this challenge. I need lots of motivation.
