kabana, one kabana is about 400 cal, as soon as i found that out it was easy to stop eating it0

I should really have known this one but coconut milk.
I have a case I bought at Costco that I'm going to have to give away. One can has almost 700 cal.
I'll definitely be trying the evaporated milk with coconut flavour instead !0 -
Hot chips. Shouldn't be a suprise but I just can't get my head around how few chips add up so quickly.
And nuts. You feel healthy eating them, but a serve of nuts is actually way smaller than I think it is!!0 -

Coconut cream here... I use it in my curry - I think from now on I will be using half a can per curry instead of a full can.
Or, if there is a better alternative please tell!
Another one is the raspberry, white choc blondies that I made yesterday. Almost 300 Cal per piece =( So now I can't eat them, and have to give them all away.0 -
There's Carnation coconut milk which is sorta, but not quite the same. I've also tried coconut essence and Carnation milk before but that's even worse.

Those thick cut cafe style fruit breads - 253 cals/slice.
I eat almonds every day. But only 100 -

I was starting today with my new lease on life... Then ate almost a full 175g bag of CC's. THEN started MFP food diary and yep, the CC's were 1036 calories. Almost my whole daily allowance.
(Plus all the other stuff I ate today)
So - first day and I've eaten 3 times my allowance. Feel sick. This is probably what I needed to get started. Tomorrow.0 -

I know, I know, it doesn't even sound remotely like it would be acceptable, but I bought a packet mix of hollandaise sauce which only had something like 50 calories in it! A bit of bacon, an egg, smoked salmon, and some turkish bread...and the entire thing absolutely killed me!0 -

at 200 calories each...i used to eat 3 after a sub!
Now i realise how many calories are in them, needless to say I dont have them anymore0 -

Yep nuts - I love them and could way more than the "per serving" it says. I have to prepack them before going to work - or I'll eat the bag of them at morning tea.0

my dad used to work at arnotts and bring the kg bags home... I have no idea how I wasn't overweight as a kid cos I used to steal them and eat them at all times of the day/night. Needless to say I really hate them now and will only eat them if offered at a tea or something. I don't even buy them0 -

Rest easy...that entry that says snow peas (aust) is incorrect. 100g of raw snowpeas has about 40 calories. Go back to eating your bowls of snow peas.
..and I am going to edit that food entry to correct it. I am thinking whoever put it in confused calories and kilojoules!!!0 -
