I didn't feel like it because I fell asleep with a headache and woke up with a cold but I pushed myself out of bed.0 -

how are you calculating calories burned?
I use my HRM to tell me how many I burn. Before I got tht, I logged it on here as ciguatera training, general, under cardio. But there ended up being a pretty large difference between it and the HRM Figures for
Me. So, just know it may not be as accurate.0 -

It was a struggle because I have a cold and just finished a 12 hour shift, but I did it. Day # 3 is in the bag0

Level1 day 4 done on Saturday. Had a rest day on Sunday (went for a half hour brisk walk instead). Walked to work this morning (4 miles) and will be doing day 5 of 30DS tonight. I seem to have got over the aches and pains now although I still find the push-ups so hard! I don't have a HRM so I'm looking to get one but until then I'm estimating the burn around 160 so hopefully that's quite reserved...0

I just started yesterday with Day 1 Level 1. ( I also added the yoga meltdown level 1, since my gym is closed on sundays and it was too dark to run)0

Was feeling a bit flu-like yesterday, so I didn't complete anything
However, even though my stomach is still a little shaky today, I still completed Day 2, although with some struggles.
All that jumping around during cardio really messed with my already upset stomach. I gave myself a little bit of time to feel better, and then rewinded and pushed forward. Did substitute some of the cardio with other moves that wouldn't agitate my stomach as much though.
Even though I sucked and had to take breaks today, I feel good for taking the step of rewinding and figuring out something else that would work so that I could still get Day 2 in.0 -
Completed level 1 day 4 yesterday and will be doing day 5 today! Still feeling a little sore but it is getting easier to do!0

Day 4 - Level 1 - 4th Jan 2013 - DONE - NAILED IT AND KILLED THOSE YUCKY LOOKING FAT ( well almost ) hehe
I have been doing 20 min of aerobics and started 20 squats and 5 push-ups on day 1 with DS. So for today, I am on my 35 squats and 8 push ups(trying to do a complete push-up) along with 19 min aerobics and a morning walk for 20 min
My legssss ( sob sob ) They are sore , calf muscle and shoulders are hurting even when I sleep, even when I sit !!
However doing almost all the circuit without any break in btw.. I can feel I have become strong and I feel sexy while doing;)

Three more days and I am done with level one . No soar , Its easy for me now .. I dont like shoulder press with squats I do them less !! otherwise all good
