    Hi! I'm new to this group and to Leslie's DVD's. I recently bought the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan after seeing my sister-in-law logging her walks via Facebook (and she has lost almost 50 lbs with her walks and WW!), so I was intrigued. I did my first walk this morning and it was a lot of fun! :-) Looking forward to mixing up the walks with some other videos that I have in my collection as well.....
    Welcome fourthirtyten to the January monthly challenge. Leslie walking DVDs are an awesome way to w/o and to add to your current video workouts that you already do. Good for you.

    Jan 4 - 3 Miles Walk At Home 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
    Jan 5 - 5 Miles (4 Mile Super Challenge and Walking for Weight Loss by Debbie Rocker)
    Jan 6 - I rested! Nothing but stretching today.
    Jan 7 - 3 Miles (5 Mile Slim Down)

    21 Miles Walked as of today, 39 miles to go

    After walking only sporadically in December and not logging in, I'm back! I hope to walk 50 miles in January.

    I am new to MFP. I Absolutely love Leslie Sansone. I Have almost all of her work outs!

    3 years ago I lost 80 lbs, in 10 months, by doing Leslie's work outs everyday and following WW. I have since gained most of it back. :embarassed:

    I know its already a week in, but I would love to join this challenge. I need lots of motivation.

    Finally, my doctor told me I could start walking again today...yeah. I still plan to reach my goal of 30 for January.

    I love walking with Leslie. I split up my walks into 20 minute increments so since each of her miles is under 20 mins I finish up on the treadmill. I love her walk at home calculator on FB and let it keep track of all my miles for me. My goal is 60 miles this month and I have 20 down. Let's go walking!!
