    Day 9 today. Finally got a Heart rate monitor and i burned 207 calories today with this workout! Day 10 tomorrow and then I am on to level 2!

    Day 7 is done! I had to take two days off because I hurt my hip so I'm a little sad that I got 2 days behind but glad to be back at it.

    Day 4 of level 1 done!!! I'm not sure that it is any easier, but I am feeling good again. I feel like I did before all of the "extras" that happened over the holidays.

    It is so awesome to see everyone working so hard toward their goals. Keep it up everyone. :happy:

    Level 1, Day 8. It *is* getting a little easier. A little redundant, I think I know the words by heart now. I'm not phoning my workouts in though and I know abs like that don't come for free ;-)

    Seriously, the redundancy kills me. If I didn't think I needed at least some of the motivation of her saying to keep going, I'd mute it!

    BTW .. I have lost 2.2 lbs so far :D

    Hey I completed Day 8 today. Weighed myself on Day 6 and I had lost 2.2 pounds (1 kilo) too. :happy:

    Day 4, level 1 done. A couple sleepless nights was no good for getting into routine! :/ But, glad I did it earlier!! :)

    Glad to see so many people logging on and sharing the journey with us!

    Day 5, Level one DONE 1/9/13!

    Day 6, Level 1 DONE 1/10/13!

    Reading everyone's comments- i am just so proud of everyone!! Great job sticking to this you guys, and loving hearing about results!!! I actually gained a lb...but i think it is from the muscle work...retaining water. idk what else it could be! I am not goingt o measure until the morning of day 1 of level 2! :) Hoping to see some inches gone! WOld be nice to see some lbs go as well, but inches will suffice!

    Day 4 - Level 1 - 4th Jan 2013 - DONE - NAILED IT AND KILLED THOSE YUCKY LOOKING FAT ( well almost ) hehe


    I have been doing 20 min of aerobics and started 20 squats and 5 push-ups on day 1 with DS. So for today, I am on my 35 squats and 8 push ups(trying to do a complete push-up) along with 19 min aerobics and a morning walk for 20 min

    My legssss ( sob sob ) They are sore , calf muscle and shoulders are hurting even when I sleep, even when I sit !!
    However doing almost all the circuit without any break in btw.. I can feel I have become strong and I feel sexy while doing;)

    Hope you all are having great time and feeling sexy as well while working out ..

    Three more days and I am done with level one . No soar , Its easy for me now .. I dont like shoulder press with squats :/ I do them less !! otherwise all good :D

    Tomorrow last day !!

    Tomorrow is today and level 1 10th day done of 30 day shred !!! wooohhoo I feel like a model . I feel like I have climbed Mt.Everest !!:) Losing a kilo( 2 lbs) and 9 inches over all is something close to achievement .. Virtual pardyyyyy :):):D.

    P.S : I also added Zumba and morning walks !!!:)

    when I can do it .. The laziest one probably here , anyone can .. TRUST ME !!!!!!!

    Go ladies .... kill those fat ... burn those calories ....:):)

    Hi, I am new to the website and new member. First of all, excuse my spelling mistakes, lack of vocabulary and grammar mistakes too lol ( I hope u guys accept me after all) English isn't my first language. mmmm i have just finished the exs this is my first day of level 1.

    level 1 day 5 1/7/13. OMG my shoulders and my thighs, but that only means it's working!

    Level 1 day 6 1/8/13. I usually do this at night, but we're calling for severe storms and I wanted to make sure I got it done (no excuses!). I actually feel great even tho I did day 5 and day 6 less than 12 hours apart!

    apparently my post from yesterday didn't take, so:

    level 1 day 7 1/9/13
    level 1 day 8 1/10/13

    should finish level one Saturday, taking a break on Sunday before starting level 2

    Day 5, Level one complete! I had to push through to complete it just because I was so tired but I did it. Plus, I added 20 more minutes of ab work outs afterwards to keep myself motivated.

    Finished day 4 today. It's great to see everyone progressing. It makes me feel a little behind though, but unfortunately, my work schedule is super long, but I've been getting it in every time I can, and trying to make a plan to get it in on the days that I feel like I don't have time as well.

    I'm new to this group, but I'm about to do day 4 of Level 1 tonight before I go to bed.

    I've done it every day so far, and it has been really tough as I do pole classes on a Monday so my arms are usually quite stiff a few days after, and my knees have really been hurting, but I'm hoping to work through it! :ohwell:

    QUESTIONS though!
    How is everyone doing it, or how is it recommended to be done. 10 days per level? or by how I feel? or 30 days per level? I have seen so many different things, but just wanna get a feel on what everyone here is doing.

    Day 8, level one complete. I'm pretty sore from yesterday so it was a bit harder today. Only 2 more days then onto level 2. I'm getting a bit bored with level one.
