I have only lost inches but put on with the scales, i have started to excercise 4 times a week and improved my fitness, water intake and green tea intake. I have lost inches so i am happy as i am still improving.0

I am very frustrated, I have been eating good and exercising. I guess the exercise is what made me go up a little. I am not giving up! But is it depressing seeing how well everyone else is doing.

Up another pound although I have lost inches. It is to be expected when starting a new exercise routine. I'm trying not to get discouraged. :-) TOM is here too. Hopefully next week will be better. It will be week 4 of Turbo Fire and TOM should be on the way out by then. I hope everyone else is having better luck! Sigh!
