    I am also new to Leslie Sansone (this week!) but have already done 6 miles. I'd like to make a goal of 30 miles by the end of the month! Right now I only have two of her DVD's: Walk this way and Ultimate 5 day walk plan. I hope to order more of her recent DVD's soon.

    I am also new to Leslie Sansone (this week!) but have already done 6 miles. I'd like to make a goal of 30 miles by the end of the month! Right now I only have two of her DVD's: Walk this way and Ultimate 5 day walk plan. I hope to order more of her recent DVD's soon.

    welcome starbeck33! I have the Ultimate 5 Day Plan and love that it is customizable. Her older DVDs also are great! Hope that your headache :ohwell: gets better.

    Okay, I'm coming back after a fall slump. I need to get back into regularly exercising, so I'm going to start by committing to walking on the weekends first and then adding in weekday walks as that becomes routine.

    January Goal: 25 miles
    Current Total: 18 miles
    Remaining: 7 miles

    I've been doing the 3 Mega Miles lately--the one with the resistance band. PHEW! Hard work!
