Hi, I lost 1 lb this week. Not a great week, sick children, sick myself so no exercising. I am just happy that the scale showed a loss and not a gain.0

This is great! I am so happy to see the scale moving in the right direction. I will never see 170 again.
It has been tough, I have had no exercise at all for just over a week now due to a running injury. Doc said "maybe" by then end of this week I can start taking short walks.
I sure hope so, I have been feeling so lethargic since I stopped exercising.0 -
