    Congratulations to the fast walkers who have already walked more than planned. I'm still a bit behind but trying to catch you:bigsmile:
    Got my Fitbit on Wednesday and , as you said,Ann, I'm learning to love it. Never was more motivated than with the little Fitbit.
    I walked 5 miles yesterday evening and another 4 this morning because I want to up my step count.

    Goal 60 miles
    3 miles (5 mile fat burning walk)
    4 miles 4 mile Power Walk
    5 miles Walk it off and tone it up
    3 miles outside
    5 miles Walk it off and tone it up
    3 miles 5day walk plan
    3 miles 5 mile fat burning walk
    4 miles 4 mile power walk without the bands (hands too sore)
    5 miles walk it off and tone it up
    5 miles 5 day walk plan
    5 miles, 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk
    4 miles , 4 mile power walk

    11 miles left

    I also aim for 60 miles of running this month. So far I've ran 45 miles. 15 left

    Met my goal, now I am going to see how many miles I can do the rest of the month.

    5 miles walked today, ouch, not done a whole 5 miles at the same time before and I dont think i'm ready for it. It was 5 really big miles, i'll stick to 3 or 4 and have another go in a couple of weeks.
