    2013 resolutions.

    1. Aim to lose 1lb a week
    2. Get my blood sugars under control, I.e achieve a fasting BG of under 120 and abpn A1C of 6
    3. log in every day, good or bad.
    4. Drink more water
    5. Exercise 4 to 5 times a week.

    These were my initial goals. I am doing well on 1, 3 and 4 so yeah! Need to do more to exercise regularly and perhaps that will help with 2.

    My goal for this week is to lose again. Hopefully, I can lose 1 lb. a week for the rest of the challenge. It would be great to be 40 or 50 lbs lighter by this time next year!

    Goal for this week, to make it under 260 lbs and finally make it to my 30 lbs mark. :)

    Yay made last weeks!! So for this week, I'm gonna say running 4 miles on Saturday morning with my sister. :)

    Goal for this week, to make it under 260 lbs and finally make it to my 30 lbs mark. :)

    My goal this week is to lose the water weight I gained while on vacation and hopefully an extra pound down by next Monday as well. I am slowly getting back in the grove, will start structured exercise again today.

    My goal this week is to lose 1 lb and hit the 180 mark. This will put me exactly 1/2 way to my long term goal, plus it is my 24th wedding anniversary on Monday the 18th as well.
