    Jan 8 - 1 mile Treadmill - 200 crunches
    Jan 9 - 1 mile Treadmill - 200 crunches, 50 squats, 50 leg lifts
    Jan 10 - 2 miles Treadmill - 50 squats, 50 leglifts
    Jan 11 - 2 Miles Leslie Sansone Walk at Home + 5 mile Treadmill
    Jan 14 - 2.5 Miles Treadmill, 50 squats, 50 leg lifts. 200 crunches
    Jan 15 - 1 Mile Treadmill
    Jan 16 - 1 Mile Treadmill
    Jan 17 - 2 miles Treadmill, 100 crunches, 50 Bicep curls
    Jan 18 - 3 miles Leslie Sansone Walk at home
    Jan 21 - 2 mile walk in the park
    Jan 23 - 1 Mile Leslie Sansone Walk at home
    Jan 24 - 1 mile walk in park, 2 miles Leslie Sansone Walk at home
    Jan 26 - 2 miles Treadmill
    Jan 28 - 2 miles in park
    Jan 29 - 2 Miles in park
    Jan 31 - 3 miles Leslie Sansone Walk at Home

    Grand Total for January is 33 Miles!!!
