Was able to get 345lbs for an easy 1 rep. Probably could have done 2-3.
I happened to do deads last after cleans and squats but someone was in the squat rack. So I did them 2nd after cleans.
Hope to get 3 plates and the 25lb plate for 365lbs up soon.

Yeah. Pulled it last Monday while we were on vacation. However, I still require straps for anything over 405, as I've only been lifting since August, and my grip strength hasn't quite caught up to my posterior chain.0 -
200kg/441lb no straps just chalk. nowhere near that at the moment last time i maxed I got 170kg0

LoL, she's humble here, but you should see her at the gym, giggling at the 200 lbs. ripped guys deadlifting less than her, and shrugging with less than half of what she does. I watched one guy's eyes about blow out of his head when she ripped a set of 365 shrugs the other day. xD0 -
Finally broke through and hit 550# on Tuesday - always kept stalling out at the knees before.0

Hit my deadlift PR at my meet this past weekend - 225 lbs. I went up super easy, so I know I still have a lot left in me. I started deadlifting 4 months ago and they are hands down my favorite lift - LOVE them!!0

I don't get to pull a max dead for another 2 weeks.
last time I pulled from 2" blocks I got 485 then dropped 500 at my knees. frustrating0 -
405 last time I tried, working in the 300 range right now though. Aiming for 5 wheels this summer, which I think is doable.0

I don't know how I haven't seen this group before. I had a back injury in November and didn't train most of Nov. Or Dec., back with the new year and hit my pre-injury PR last night of 250x1 and also 230x3 on deadlifts. I am back!!!!!0

100kg / 220lbs - but with a slight lock out issue of the hips - I held it for ages and tried but ended up laughing too much to get it done. Hope to get it clean soon.
Clean would be 90kg / 198lbs0 -
Last total I hit 210 for my 1RM.

I wish to be able to get 2x bodyweight as some point not too far away, which should be around 125-130kg depending on what I weigh at the time.I did 495 for 2 reps yesterday.
