Nice easy start to the week!
New exercises:
Windmill
• Start standing up right
• Bend down to touch your opposite toe (or as low down the opposite leg as you can)
• Stand back up
• Do the same on the other side
• REPEAT
• Points to remember: try and keep your legs straight but avoid locking them out.
Crunch hold
• In this exercise all I want you to do s hold the top position of the crunch for a set number of seconds.
• NOTE: It’s ok if you stomach/abs feel like they are shaking!
