Last week was really bad for me. I struggled pretty much every day and even on the days I didn't binge I ate more than I should've. But I've been feeling in control since last Thursday, so I'm hopeful to finish the month on a good note.0 -

Stressful day . Emotionally draining too. I'm now mad at myself for adding one more problem, a binge. I turn to food so freaking easy.

Well I lost my streak for weekends this weekend but still not too bad. I logged 1 of 2 binges and I will take it and move forward.

So far, this is the best I've ever done with binging. I feel like maybe I'm actually getting this down...but I've thought that before. How do I make sure this time it's going to keep going??

For me, the only way I feel like I stand a chance of keeping my binge-free streak going is to realize that every binge is tied to some emotion, and that I binge to make unpleasant emotions go away. With a lot of work, and many setbacks, I am learning to feel the rotten feelings and go *through* that process, rather than around it. It's not a lot of fun, but it's SO MUCH MORE REWARDING than all of the crap feelings that go along with bingeing.0 -

It's a little early to call it a binge-free day, but I figure if I write it, I make it so. :happy:
One more full day of my parents being in town, staying with us. It's been good but difficult in many ways, too. If I can avoid bingeing and am just overeating a little, this will be a victory.0 -

One hour of being awake and I've inhaled 2,500 calories. Not normal. If any family/loved ones saw me in 'binge mode' ; they would wonder what's wrong with me. Marking today as a binge b/c it will probably be high calories -.-0 -
