New program...
lifting 4x a week (30-45 minutes)
hiit -- 3-4x a week (15-20 minutes)
LISS--60 minutes 1 x a week
10 mile run--1x a week
Abs, 2x a week
1 day off per week.
Calorie target = 1600
Weight is up 3.4 pounds from last week--no big deal. I am not concerned. I will keep you posted.0 -

Re pics: unsure what phone you have but the way I do it is simple. I take pics with phone, upload straight to picasa using "picasa tool" app. Then I just go there on my puter and copy urls. Too easy0 -
Split is just upper/lower and it's 2 of each per week. HIIT is treaddy running--sprints, walk. 1 min on/1 off. fun stuff, eh?

Killed it today in my workout... here are the deets:
HIIT for 20 minutes (1min/1min)
Lifting (short rest period--high reps/low weight):
1. squat: 45/45/45/45 (30 reps)
2. alternating db lunges: 15/15/12.5/12.5 (15 each side)
3. calf raises: 100/80/65/65 (30 reps)
4. leg press: 100/120/105/100 (30 reps)
5. abs: 50 reps of random stuff
Walked a little bit afterward to cool down. Feel pretty good. Weight down another pound but still higher than my Valentine's day weigh in. C'est la vie.0 -
Keeping my calories at a steady 2000 each day and going to monitor my march progress.0

Past 2 days have been pure cardio days--nothing intense, just slow and steady. Weigh ins have been good both days BUT today marks the beginning of progesterone (the I want to eat the f#cking house hormone). UGH! Wish me luck!0

Day 2 of progesterone--weight up ~2 pounds. Eats are good. Workouts are good.0

Progesterone is done--weight is at 110.6 this morning. Just monitoring to try to figure out my TDEE...been eating somewhere around 2000-2200 every day with 1x a week at ~2500 or so. We shall see what happens. Still kicking *kitten* in the gym...but i do have a huge blister that royally screwed up my workout this morning. I'll live.

Chris--yes, it's basically to look at my estrogen levels indirectly. I have hypothalamic amenorrhea--it's a mess. So, yeah it 's over now. YAY, I'm glad you're loving life.0
