    I'm so happy. Lost 1.2 lbs this week. Hope everyone is doing well.

    Last week was a good one. I joined the gym and worked out three times for an hour+. My goal is to be in the gym at least 5-6 days per week. I'm sure to see serious results then......I hope :). Eating 100% right is still a struggle :(, but I'm sure ill get better!

    My goals this week are.
    - Not to step on the scale until 17th March
    - Drink min 8 glasses of water a day.
    - Exercise at least three times this week
    - Stay away from processed carbs
    - Finish an Insanity workout.

    I loss 2.2. First loss in 4 weeks...yeah!!! What made the difference: worked out 6 days, water, water and more water and my MFP friends who kept me from getting discouraged. Now the plan is to do it again. Thank you all so much!!!

    NSV for this challenge:

    1. Fit into my size 10 suit for Easter Sunday (almost there I think :happy: )
    2. Exercise 3-5 x a week
    3. Have a bag of tortilla chips and salsa in the house for more than ONE day! :ohwell:
    4. Work harder to stay within my daily calorie limits

    Awesome job!!!! I'm so glad that you got over that plateau! Aren't they a pain?

    I'm challenging myself to a monthly weigh in for March, so I won't check my weight again until April. 1. It's hard because I get on that scale by habit, every single morning. This will be a great way to break that habit, and to also give myself a nice surprise on April 1. :) (I'm optimistic).

    I'm home from work today with loads of body aches. I really need to go back to bed. I'll post more when I get up. You ladies have a great day and an awesome week!

    I have a Polar ft7 and I never work out without it and I find it is pretty accurate.
    I bought it from Base.com as they were the cheapest at the time and I think they ship internationally aswell.

    Which one are you considering?

    Started Month 2 of Insanity and it is INSANE! Still getting up early to get it in. It has been quite
    a challenge to get the kids off to school and get to work on time but getting a morning workout in
    actually energizes me.

    I'm not even sure!! It seems as if a lot of people have the polar ones so I may check those out!! I definitely need one though.

    Hey all, i would love to join the challenge. I havent worn a bikini since high school, had my son and ballooned from there (im 29 now) so my goal this summer is to shop the bikini section in the department store and not feel like i dont belong!

    SW: 187 since 2/27/13
    CW: ? scale broke, have to update this one later
    GW: 135-140

    Non-scale victories I would like to experience before July
    1. go to the Gym twice a week.
    2. to drink more water (i hate it)

    My name is Keya and I'm learning to eat healthy and exercise. It became normal after marriage and kids to let things slide now I'm back on track to get to my fighting weight lol

    I know this is just a summer challenge and I'm not going to hit my goal weight fast but I'll join anyway
    I currently work out 4 days a week use MFP to track my daily eating habits and exercise totals
    I'm currently doing the BeFit 90 I've completed Day 2 yesterday!!

    Non-Scale Victories:
    I would like to actually try working out in the morning once it gets warmer
    To wear a normal bathing suit in the Summer and not the "fat" flowers lol
