    Thanks! To prove how nerdy I am... My outer case is a tape, but I have stickers around my phone turning it into the tardis!! Double nerdsville! :bigsmile:

    Ooh so I looked back at my first 5x5 progress photos (second comment in this thread) and I am definitely noticing a difference. Yay! Also noticing that I'm more left-centric than I thought (I'm left handed so it makes sense)... I can't even stand straight! Also, I seem incapable of taking photos in the same outfit. Although I am wearing a sports bra each time so the girls are a bit squished!

    I really want to start this, but I'm just so nervous about heading into " that" side of the gym on my own. Funny enough I had gotten comfortable doing it when I was lifting light

    The picture to the left is me at 20 stone (218lb) and the right is me at 220lb. i have personal training once a week and we do various exercises but deadlifts and bench presses are my fave at the moment. ive not got any front on pics only with clothes on.

    I also just noticed the photos! Great job! Impressive results. I will be taking pictures later this week or early next week. I am already seeing progress and the pictures really help me on the days I am frustrated at how long this is taking me. (And those days come waayy too often) :)
