    I stayed home from work today slept off and on all day long,on another round of amoxicillian feel like crap. On top of once again getting another upper respiratory infection in less than 2 months wouldn't you know it I started today uuuugggghhhhhh!!!!!!! Well I guess now I know why I was up 2 pounds last night at TOPS weigh in

    Today was tough, but I feel much better at the end of it knowing I didn't turn to stress eating :)

    A very stressful day at work, short staffed. Feeling awesome now that all is done. A few moments with DH before bedtime. I love the accountability!!

    Did I work out today - yes 1 mile run and 30 minute of weight training

    I love this challenge. My husband invited me out to lunch today. This normally would have been a day I would say screw it I am eating whatever I want and I won't have time to work out. Not today, because of this challenge I made better choices for what I ate at lunch and made sure I worked out when I got home from work.

    I had a great day today and it finally felt like Thanksgiving was over. It was a great holiday and a wonderful long weekend but I'm happy to be back into the groove.
