    I did a 2 mile workout from YouTube last night, In Home Walking, that looked like an older workout. It was kind of dull, honestly, but I did it and added 2 miles to my October challenge, so it's all good!
  • Today was 3 super fat burning miles with weights. I definitely get a burn for my buck (45 min 459 calories!)

    Funny, I did this same workout today but only burned 401 calories..what's up with that??

    I did the Burn 30 and the Firm 30 workouts last night from Walk It Off in 30 Days last night. Great workout!
  • This morning I did Walk Strong 2 miles and Power Mile -one mile all using weights for a total of 3 miles.
  • 2 mile high calorie burn first thing this am before work. It is getting easier I think I am going to start pushing for the 3 mile after this week.

    Last night I found the 3 Mile Fast Walk on YouTube, and the title is no joke! I was pretty sweaty. I will be doing that one again.

    Hello all!

    It's been a long time since I posted in this group. I wanted to share the great workout I had this morning. I did the Walk Slim: 4 Fast Miles. Boy what a great burn! My legs are still feeling that workout.

    As the weather gets colder and my outdoor runs taper off, I enjoy using the LS workouts to keep me going.

    Hope everyone had a great day and did some walking too!

    Hi I love Leslie's dvds I have loads, but it is not easy to get the newest ones that run on my dvd player in the UK, I am really interested in get this dvd as it sounds really challenging, and I need this. I have been doing indoor walking for over 4yrs now and have lost 106lbs on weight watchers and of course the walking. I am glad to have found this group as it is nice to hear how others that use these dvds and succeed.
  • Did the Belly blasting walk yesterday but I have arthritis and bursitis in one day...the exersice really bothered my knee, so nothing doing today. Tomorrow I will pick it up again with the 2 mile brisk walk .... :-)

    I have just complete a 5 mile Leslie walk after 2mths of being unable to do any exercise, and I feel great, so wonderful to be able to walk with Leslie again, hope to maintain this most days.:happy:

    I haven't posted here in a few weeks because I have been slacking and skipping workouts. I got back to it today with a 15-minute Leslie Sansone walk and a 15-minute Workouts on Demand walk.
  • I walked over 2 miles this afternoon with Leslie, and used weights on and off. My hip has been clicking during knee raises and it hurts so Im going easy on them. Had the energy to walk more though :/

    No LS walk, however, I went down to the tunnels at work and got in a 45 minute walk. First real exercise since I've had my cold. Feeling much better today!!!

    I'm new to the group last walk I did 30 minutes on the dreadmill. Today I did LS 1 mile walk from You Tube. First time I've seen her work. I like it. Glad to be in the group. Keep calm and walk :wink:

    This was yesterday, but I did the 3 Mile Super Fat Burner all the way through for the first time ever! If you had told me three weeks ago I'd be doing that--and enjoying it--I'd've called you crazy. I managed to get through it by telling myself, I can do two miles, so let's just make it to two; then okay, let's try another half mile, and then, well, I made it to 2 1/2, might as well go all the way! I also modified at times. But man, did I have cramps in my behind at times!

    Today I would have done two miles but the player died on me halfway through. At least i got one mile in.

    I love Leslie Sansone workouts!! I just bought her latest one...Walk to the Hits: Radio Remixes. I did the full 3 miles and loved it!!

    New to the group and back on track for the first time in awhile! I did the 5 Day Slimdown. Meant to do just the first mile or two but ended up doing all five! Took me about 80 minutes!
