    I weigh in on Saturdays if it's ok I'll check in on Saturdays. Today's weight 246. Don't pay attention to the weight loss badge in input the wrong weight when I set up should have been 250 not 259. Still excited about 4 lbs.

    What the heck I worked my butt off and eat right lost 2 lbs on Friday and by Monday I gained it back I so give up!! I suck!

    Please don't give up...the journey is never predictable...sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for the hard work to show up on the scale. It could be water weight...any number of things. I have to remind myself I didn't get this way in a week, I have to take it one week at a time. Continue to work your butt orr and eat right, it will pay off. And KUDOS to you to start making a difference for you, you are worth it!!!

    I forget what I weighed last week I think it was 215
    then I think it was Thursday I weighed myself and I was 211

    sure enough today 213
    damn water weight gain thank you PMS (and a very salty Sunday)

    oh well at least it is going in the RIGHT direction and did not go to 216 or higher !
