then I think it was Thursday I weighed myself and I was 211

damn water weight gain thank you PMS (and a very salty Sunday)
oh well at least it is going in the RIGHT direction and did not go to 216 or higher !
Weighed on Sunday morning I was 209.4
another salty Sunday and this morning I was 210.2
I'll take it because it is less than last week !
