I'm a couple days late this week, but a few pounds lighter!!

I've lost about a half an inch off my neck/chest/tummy/hips but I took my "before pictures" today....so unhappy. I didn't know I had back rolls.0 -

After losing six pounds in the first week, I decided to slow things down a little and give myself time to maintain. I maintained for one week, and then started back trying to lose two days ago. One pound down
I tend to lose weight very easily when I apply myself, but gain when I don't, lol. I don't want to do it too fast this time around.0 -
