I have come down with an upper respiratory infection and feel like crud. The antibiotics are messing with my stomach and I've been eating too many saltine crackers. I did manage to get my 5 miles in though and that made me happy.0 -

"Banked" some calories today thanks to snow shoveling and finishing out the day with a headache and nausea. It was a great day until the sick feeling hit me last night.
The next couple of days are going to be a challenge with eating out. I'm not going to stress about it though. I planned for some splurges and I'm going to enjoy them!:bigsmile:0 -

Happy valentine's all. They managed to close my dad's chest this morning :drinker: I'm looking forward to seeing him in the morning. I decided to wait since he was still heavily sedated according to my mom.
I had a dental appointment today. And then my husband made me a surf and turf dinner. I got myself a great valentine

I went waaaay over today! Just totally blew it! I still feel like crud. Shouldn't the antibiotics be working by now? This was my 3rd full day of taking them. Idk. Well tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I'll get back on track with my eating, drinking and walking.

I did not track dinner. It was a planned red day since I knew we'd be going out and it was wonderful: crab and macadamia stuffed halibut with some sort of buttery sauce (beurre blanc?). We split it, but also split a beef tips appetizer, caesar salad, and dessert. And we had cocktails and coffee with cream with dessert.... so I am sure I am way in the red! Worth it though!

I had my daily calories eaten before I went for Valentine's dinner. Which was the most amazing dinner I've ever had. All Vegan food at this gorgeous restaurant in Dublin. I'm not a Vegan but the food was amazing!!

Hi Everyone,
I'm bowing out of the challenge this month. I'm just so sick of counting every single thing I eat and want to take a break from mpf for a few weeks and see how I get on. I may be back in March. I'm going on a couple of holidays this month and just don't want to be thinking of mpf and counting everything.
