    I can see a difference in my body as can my hubby but I'm still at 170 :(
    I guess I should take some measurements tonight



    Okay I rechecked my weight again and I'm down to 168!!!


    I'm down to 165.7!!!!!! :bigsmile:

    27th Jan: 83.2 kg (183.4 lbs)
    3rd Feb: 82.4 kg (181.6 lbs)
    10th Feb: 81.8 kg (180.3 lbs)
    17th Feb: 80.7 kg (177.9 lbs)

    down 2.4 lbs DESPITE skipping three exercise days and going overboard with my cheat meal. Weird.

    WOOHOO - exorcised 3 pounds!!! Feeling good since it feels that what I'm doing to working.
