    Adding another 10 miles. Commuting in the rain wasn't bad. It was kind of pleasant but it sure was muddy when I got there. That's 204 out of 400. I'm over half way. :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    4/16 - FULL slacker-quality REST DAY. My body absolutely demanded it from me and I had no choice but to oblige.
    4/17 - 1.4 lunch walk, 3.5 treadmill run/walk, MTD 115.0

    ALMOST to my goal!! :happy:

    Sorry so late. Holy Week has been one singing commitment after another. That and my arthritis is making life miserable.

    04/15 - 1.0 miles walking
    04/16 - 11.0 miles stationary recumbent bike - interval program
    04/17 - 1.0 miles walking

    Total: 141.0 miles

    We must have posted at the same time last night! I've had FULL slacker-quality REST DAYS, too! bwahaha...might have one today as a matter of fact.

    Your bonus miles are so close!! Right around the corner...Nice going!

    The gym closed down till next Tuesday for the Easter holiday :mad::noway::explode:
    I admit Easter is a big deal for us greeks and the folks working at the gym deserve their vacation, but 4 days?? 'm sure they could haev kept the stupid thing open for 2 of these days with minimum personnel :ohwell:

    Between a breakup and a foot pain that I think might be caused by my current shoes, I've been doing very little running lately. Hoping to get a different pair this weekend and see how my foot feels using a different pair.

    Same old, same old: to the club for treadmill, weights, recumbent bike, aqua fit class. But we drove there and back in a brand new Camry Hybrid, bright red! So there is something NEW in our lives.

    It's starting to get a bit too warm for my comfort here already (California) so I joined a gym yesterday (with childcare!) so I can definitely get my miles in. Wooo! I might even take a class or two.
