    wow...I'm doing absolutely HORRID this month!

    Only 19.76 miles for the whole month. (luckily that doesn't mean I haven't exercised....)

    Well, it seems unlikely I'll make my goal this month. I had a severely pulled hamstring last week and have developed Plantar Fasciitis so only added 4 miles for the whole week. I'll keep moving as I'm able, but am not too hopeful about the end results.

    My goal for April is: 20 miles.

    As I only joined My Fitness Pal on 18th April I'm not sure how much exercise I can do between now and the end of the month, so I'm putting down a figure to see how it goes - ready for May.

    So far:

    18th: 2.29 (jog)
    19th: 7.63 (walk)
    21st: 4.20 (walk)

    Sorry to read that your body is giving you problems! Be nice to yourself & maybe ride an exercise bike till things are completely healed. I took tumeric to get rid of my PF. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp in juice EVERY day till the pain went away, which was about 7 days! It has not bothered me like that since!!

    I did get in a 3 mile run along with 1.5 miles of walking this morning before my grandsons arrived to make nana RUN some more!:wink:

    I was so close, I just had to get it done. 9.9 mile bike ride for a total of 200.8 miles!! YES!!

    3.4 mile run/walk combo. I ran a mile in 11:04 much to my amazement. I was amazed when I did one in the 12 min range last week. And this was after a really long weekend working 4 out of 5 night shifts where every single pregnant person in a 50 mile radius rolled through our unit, some more than once. Too busy for me to even do any laps around the hall. Off for two nights and :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: about that.

    Great weekend. I walked/ran two of the days and rode my bike the other, all in the beautiful yet windy Florida keys!
