I miscalcuated on Sunday and thought I needed at least 7,000 steps. I so could have sat on my behind and been okay. OH well. I needed the extra steps.0 -

Completed my RAWR challenge this week - even including my long run calories I came in at 11360, comfortably under my 12K goal (10750 without).
