    Done my running and strength. I'll do the stretching. Burpees kill my knees.

    Ah! I realized why my steps were so low last Thursday. I forgot to wear my pedometer to work and so didn't get it on until I went for the run. The reason I remembered right now was because I just realized that I forgot the pedometer today, too.

    Despite having an asthma attack/flare-up, I made the goal this week:

    Mon: 11, 195
    Tues: 12, 976
    Weds: 7, 361
    Thurs: 7, 524
    Fri: 16, 735
    Sat: 24, 031
    Sun: 7, 108

    Total: 86, 930.

    I miscalcuated on Sunday and thought I needed at least 7,000 steps. I so could have sat on my behind and been okay. OH well. I needed the extra steps.

    Goal for maintenance last week (barely) met. I'm in for the burpees. I have Insanity tomorrow and that woman is obsessed with them. Cruelty I tell you, cruelty!

    The stretching extra credit was to do it for 5 days (not all 7) so unless you've only done it 3 times you should be good (today still counts);

    5/4: 7,449+. Not done for today yet.

    Goal is a minimum of 5000 steps per day, with three days coming in at 10,000. Exceeded goal this week. RAWR!!!

    RAWR! I completed my running goal for this week, finishing up with a 10 miler this morning. Great job, everyone!

    Completed my RAWR challenge this week - even including my long run calories I came in at 11360, comfortably under my 12K goal (10750 without).

    I also completed the stretching extra credit challenge this week. Go Team!

    Thanks Laura, I missed that, I have stretched 6 days out of 7 so I get the extra credit!

    You all did awesome. I'm so sorry. I've had a virus and have slept most of the last 48 hours. Im so behind on my entire life. I commit to getting the final numbers by Sunday. I am planning on going to work tomorrow.
