Up about 3.5 lb at almost 16 weeks. I started at 115 and am hoping I will max out at 30 lb in total. Been working out 5x/week and walking in the evening. Feel free to add me...0

I knew I was going to see a big jump this week... ate horribly! Lots of carbs and we ate out once or twice, had ice cream, etc... It also doesn't help that I'm a little constipated. Will have to really focus on eating clean now, or I'll slowly spiral out of control!0 -

Finally got around to priming the nursery last night and tonight I can start painting! It feels like the due date is coming up fast but then I realize I really still have 2 months left. My sweet tooth is still obnoxious but I am trying to find alternatives like homemade frozen yogurt sandwiches, cold tea and frozen ice pops. I am okay with my weight gain thus far but am definitely not trying to gain toooo much more. Still 9 weeks to go!
Our total weight/weight gain is almost exactly the same. That's incredibly uncanny. Unfortunately, I'm 2 inches shorter than you and don't look nearly as good at 120 as you do. Way to go on a healthy weight gain.0 -
I'm 35weeks and have put on 12lbs. This week my eating has been horrific, total crap. Just really tired and been in a bit of a can't be bothered mood. Back to healthy eating today tho, this baby needs healthy nutritious food x0

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and up by 5lb - started at 122, now at 127. This doesn't feel too bad and I'm not restricting my eating at all. Got my second midwife appointment next week and will be asking her what is acceptable gain for me over the period - I'm only small so I'm going to have to be careful :laugh:0

I am 23 weeks along. I have gained about 14 pounds. I recently cut out sugar & fast food and began taking daily walks and I lost 6 of those pounds VERY quickly.
Height: 5'7
Weight: 2180 -

At least in the U.S. if you're a healthy BMI then doctors recommend 25-35 pounds It sounds like you're doing great!0 -
Looks like you'll be right around 35 pounds--which is TOTALLY healthy. Don't be too hard on yourself.0 -

You look absolutely amazing in your pics so I don't know what you are talking about! Your muscle definition is something I never had. By the way, I absolutely adore the dress you are wearing in your profile pic. Send it my way? :laugh:0 -

Done painting the nursery and I am so happy with how it turned out! Now we just need to replace the window and doors and put up the molding. Only 3 weeks until the baby shower so I hope it is done so I have somewhere to go with all of my stuff :laugh:0 -

Yay in nursery progress! So exciting. I'm hoping to be at 145 (or less) when I deliver. We are really close pregnancy wise. I'm 33w2d as of this morning (Tuesday the 17th). Of course, if I'm not I won't stress it. The dress is from forever 21 and it's actually non maternity, the boob area is definitely too small though.0 -

Had another appointment yesterday and have an updated weight again. And I remembered to weigh myself before at home so I could "calibrate" my scale and weigh myself more often.
1st pregnancy
Height: 5'6
Pre-pregnancy goal weight: 120
At home scale: reading 120 - 121 in February (unknowingly pregnant) but I don't know how much I trust that compared to those in the doctors' offices.
March 26 - 8 weeks, 2 days: appointment with primary doctor to confirm pregnancy, weight = 123.0
April 14 - 11 weeks: 1st routine OB appointment, weight = 123.8
April 19 - 11 weeks, 4 days: 1st ultrasound, weight = 121.0 (she didn't use the same digital scale this time so I don't buy this weight...)
May 19 - 16 weeks: 2nd routine appointment, weight = 124.7
June 16 - 20 weeks: 2nd ultrasound, weight = 128
I asked the doctor if my weight gain was too low and he said he didn't care because every measurement of the baby he took was right at the 50th percentile. He also mentioned that I probably wouldn't get away with it too much longer as the baby picks up speed on growing0
