July 2 36:13 min. 5 km. (I usually run 3 times per week. This is a regularly scheduled training run at a slow pace. I call it the Turtle Program).

July 2 I did go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and when my daughter road her scooter I ran/walked along side her for a mile. Was hoping to run more but I am trying to get my kids to learn how to ride their bikes/scooter so it is a work in progress.0 -
