    @ Dave and Janet. I'm sure glad you guys are paying attention. Maybe pulling an 86 hour shift was a bit long. My math skills really took a dive over the last couple of days.

    I'm back for another month - This time it's for the motivation to help keep me going (*been lacking it lately*).

    Goal for July: 100 miles

    7 mile hike....1900 feet and 190 floors on the fitbit! Hiked up to the top of Nevada Fall in Yosemite. My kids went too, they're 7 and 10 and they were troopers!! I ran 2.4 yesterday also

    Greetings from my NYC vacation. My new Fitbit decided to die this morning so all these steps were I recorded. Since I hurt less than yesterday, I'm going to estimate a lower number, so please log 8 miles. (Or I have lost the feeling in my legs:noway: ) I walked the Brooklyn Bridge and back. I never actually did it when I lived here so it was fun. Tomorrow is the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. My diet is almost pure carbs, I'll be curious to see what the scale says when I get back. It's worth it :drinker:

    2.75 hot, very hot, sweaty miles tonight.

    I'm hoping that spin class tomorrow will put me into the green. It's nice to see such a large chunk of people in the green this early in the month - good job folks! Keep movin'!
