Yepper I did. I was swimming in the open water today. It was a good temperature. It was supposed to be measured for different triathalon events. Well, I took the .9 mile and was finished in 20:11!!:noway: Maybe they took down the settings. I swim at a rate that's at least twice that time for a mile. Anyway it gave me experience in OW0

Too busy to post last night, but I swam a broken 2-mile (from 11 lengths down to 1, then back up 1 to 11). 15-30 seconds rest between each except for after the first one I took time to stretch. The last couple I think I took 30-45 seconds rest since pushed 7, 8, 9 pretty hard as I was trying to maintain my pace from 4, 5, 6. Then my standard cooldown of 200 reverse medley, switching in double arm backstroke for the butterfly at the end. Felt good. I think it was just over an hour.0

Swam today, damn near killed me.
Heavy lifting day for my legs yesterday.
So I went for a half hour swim. Started fine, splitting a lane with a guy I knew, within two laps our pairing had turned into 5 people in the lane, and 3 of them were insanely fast. So, I tried to keep up without becoming road kill on what was essentially fully wrecked legs.
This was a no fun swim session. That's what I get for wanting to swim when there is only 1 lap lane open.1 -
Back in the pool this morning for 45 mins (1.6km crawl, 200m breaststroke, 200m backstroke). Now back from my camping holiday in Cornwall (which was wonderful) so will be in the pool regularly again.0

Swam 50 minutes (didn't have a lap lane) :grumble: but I got over it - I was just glad to make it to the Y. I'm on the fence if I'll go tonight or not or stay longer at the dog park. My Jersey girl has been in her crate alot the past couple of days. (she ate/chewed up my sofa so has lost her freedom for the moment.)0

Good morning - mixed it up a little today with repeats of 2xcrawl, 2xbreaststroke, 2xbackstroke. Definately felt like I was working harder. Got lost with my count so don't know how far I swam, but I did 45 mins.0

Yes yesterday, today, and earlier this week, with some running, circuit training and biking thrown in. Also did water running to mix it up with the swimming( mostly freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and kickboard, butterfly I can only do for 1 lap at a time. I did about an hour and 15 today and about an hour yesterday.0

I didn't swim today but I wasn't suppose to (I'm in my two-day rest period). In fact, I'll be away from swimming for about a week because I have other things planned (hiking and stuff).0
