OK. I'm going back to 400 miles on my goal. I lost my relief vet for the KooCanUsa 82 mile ride so I'm back to taking it more reasonable and sane on training for the Huckleberry 100.0

I'm dropping my goal this month because I've been given the green light to start running again from the physio (I'm so excited!)
I'm aiming for 60 miles.
