    57.4 kg's today was 57.3 yesterday but did indulge in a few scotches so up 100 grams probably will be worse tomorrow- catch up calories always get me!

    Yep, dealing with weekend guilt this morning.. 146.2, up almost 2 pounds from Friday! It's my own fault too :) damn wine and ice cream sandwiches lol

    98bikinisuite it's better when you know you deserve a gain! At least you had fun. I don't like it when you eat well and exercise then put on. That's just torture!!!! And you're still .6 down from the 20/8 :smile:
