Achrya: Nice work, definitely seem to have lost a lot of fat and retained lean mass. You're probably in the 23-24% range. Sara is way fatter than you and she's eating ice cream while telling me this.
 wanted to say thanks to you both for taking the time put of your busy schedules to do this, its so appreciated.
So. I heard there was ice cream here? I'll bring my own spoon0 -
js8181: Difficult to tell given these photos. We typically need shirtless photos front and back, flexed and unflexed. The closest we can get based on this limited view is somewhere in the upper teens. If you would like a more accurate assessment (that and we are a month behind so you probably look different now) please resubmit.
Thanks! I will resubmit a more recent one, per these instructions.0 -
Okay, here are better pictures. Thanks so much and sorry about before!

sunflowerhippi: This is a tough one due to how your bodyfat is distributed. Likely around the 27-28 range.
Thanks for an idea range. I can at least tell from pics im going in the right direction.0 -

Ok so the one thing I hate about progress photos is they never show what I can see in the mirror :grumble: Anyways, here's what I've got....

I'm 5'8" lowest weight was about 166lbs but I've got at least a couple pounds water weight right now from changes to my routine.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts!0 -
Hi would it be ok if you could take a look at my photos and give me an estimate of my body fat % please? I'm 5'7" and 147lbs, let me know if you need more details/angles and I'll try my best to get them to you!

(I should probably add the weird shadow patches on my lower abdomen are lipoatrophy from reactions to my insulin injections, I doubt if knowing that will make a difference in however you work BF out, but I thought it might have looked a bit confusing so thought I'd clear that up!)0 -
5'7" - 138.7lb. Electronic scales say 26.7%, caliper method says 20-22%:

Hi! Sent a PM to Sarauk2sf requesting BF estimation. I couldn't figure out if there's a way to attach pics in a PM or if I need your email address. Thanks!0

Ok, here it goes. I'm looking for a fat estimate as well. I know these photos are not good, but it's the only mirror I have at home, in the only room with extremely poor lighting.
weight: 72kg / 158.7 lbs
size: 169cm / 5.54 ft inch
comment: I have rather muscular lower legs and lower arms with little fat. My back also has relatively little fat but strong muscles. My thighs and upper arms seem to attract some muscles as well. If I lost a lot of weight I would still not be thin there. I have a rather wide pelvis and there's hardly any fat over the pointy pelvis bones at the moment, though hips and inner thighs are annoying me. If I calculate body fat from BMI I get about 34%, but I wonder if that's a bit too high considering some muscles and some wider bones.
Upper three photos relaxed, lower two flexed (kind of).

Erp...sorry all, we are a bit behind on this thread - we will try to get caught up this weekend.0

I'm 26 years old, female, 154cm (5'1" approximately) , 52kgs (114,6lbs). I'm really not good at flexing, don't know how to do it honestly, but I tried, so here's my photos.
Front relaxed
Front "flexing" (trying to at least)
Side relaxed
Side "flexing"
Back relaxed
I'm not even gonna post a photo of me trying to flex from the back, out of the 10 or so I took they all look exactly like the one when I'm relaxed :P I hope these photos will be enough for a rough estimate0 -
Ok so it was time for one month progress photos so I'm posting up the new ones. Good news, I've dropped another two pounds (I'm officially at 164.6 now at 5'8" and 33YO). Bad news, I celebrated with a smashburger and milkshake and am once again carrying some water weight, this time to the tune of over five pounds! Anyways, some things look better, some don't but here's what I've got:

Hi, are you guys still doing the body fat estimations? I am interested in getting an estimate of what mine might be. Also, can I still upload my pics (once I actually take some) in a PM? I don't really feel comfortable posting them in this thread. Will sending them in a PM work as well? I'll try to figure out how to take some pictures if you are still doing the body fat estimates. Thanks!0

One month progress. I'm at 163.6 so still dropping slowly but surely. Don't ask what's going on with the arms in the front flexed, because I have no idea :noway: I think I was still sleepy...
