I did an "under" day by 50 cals but it was better than over with 100 haha! So back down a bit to 144.4 yay!! Ok I like this better. If I have a good weekend it should be alright. 139 here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hee hee!0

9/11 - 105.4 OMG, I reduced my calories the last two days and scale readings are not reflecting this all. Two rest days. I gave in today with 2 pieces of bread after going low carb. I am quite frustrated this week...Focus Rosie!!0 -
I think with low carb basically any cheats will really set you back, and also when coming off it again, you're quiet likely to put it back on unless you do it REALLY slowly.
Are you eating above BMR? Are you eating back exercise cals? Are you measuring food with a food scale?
Didn't weigh in as I had heaps of salt last night, I'll give it a couple of days and then do it0
