tues-9-9 --burned 544 calories-walked 3.0mph with dog, 40 mins., zumba fitness class 30 mins, strength training@gym 30 mins., carhicks challenge x1
really liked the fitness blender routine. next time will do earlier in the day. I made myself do it at 11:00 pm! well worth it

Forgot to log yesterday...so adding to today's
9/8 - 744 calories - simulated hike incline treadmill/walk
9/9 - 335 calories - walking
9/10 - late day at work so only time for Carhicks' butt challenge - 2hrs later my right cheek is still in spasms...lol. :laugh: :sad: It's killer but I like it. Definitely will become staple exercise as booty and thighs are big problem areas.

Carhicks' Challenge - 1/20 -
I'm going to have go on hiatus for about 2 months. I tore my MCL at hockey last night, so burning this many calories has now become impossible, since I'm on crutches for the next 4-6 weeks.
I do plan on rejoining this once I'm healthy, but only then.
