    Well, sunshine and little wind. Perfect day for a nice challenging bike ride. Rode around the circumference of my city. Different roads, not much traffic just felt good. Rode down into a steep gully, caught some major air as the road is so dang bumpy. did not fall so its all good. Great way to end the calendar week.

    Just put in a few make-up miles riding my stationary bike for an hour (15.1 miles). I guess I'm still operating under the delusion that I can make my goal this month. :bigsmile:

    I've been being sorta lazy cuz my back has been bothering me from to heavy of lifting but I did walk a mile pushing my grandson in the jogger!

    Me, on the other hand, would have to get on the recumbent for 15 miles Monday and 15 miles Tuesday, in order to make goal...ummmm...:noway: I don't see that happening...

    12.5 miles today and a bunch of steps (27,241) Walked twice with my DH and once with my DD...it was a great Sunday!

    Yes, I know I am the one who increased my goal. And yes, I know it is possible. But what was I thinking!!!!! :sad: 10.5 miles in 2 days is going to happen. (I'm stubborn that way) But I really am keeping my fingers crossed that nothing unexpected happens.

    Yesterday I did my Leslie Sansone 5 mile walk early in the morning. I went for a shower and forgot to put my fitbit on again.:cry: I walked around all day without it, taking dogs walking and walking round town in the afternoon but I have no idea how far I walked.:sad: So, I am only claiming what my fitbit recorded, which wasn't even the 5 miles Leslie claims (because of the knee lifts and kicks fitbit doesn't record it as 5 miles).

    So, I am claiming 4.81 miles today walked and 187.63 miles walked to date.

    I was hoping to hit 200 miles this month but I don't think it is going to happen now :cry:

    Ah well, not to worry. I have it on today:drinker:

    It's not looking good for meeting my goal...... my long ride was rained out yesterday and my gym was closed. Going to try for a run tonight and weather permitting, substitute my Tuesday swim for a bike ride. We will see! Either way, I am not giving up yet, I still have 2 days!

    I racked up some more extra miles over the weekend, around 45 on Saturday and another 20 on Sunday. I am trying to take advantage of this beautiful weather, because I know it won't last long!
