I actually managed a bike ride while in DC. It was a slow as heck bike share thing but it was fun to cruise the National Mall. I probably saw more of it in those two hours then I ever have before. I'm in Tucson at Miraval Spa and Resort. It's been a long day of travel and dealing with my security system that decided to wait till I had a stopover in Texas to go off, bringing the police. All is good now. I did try to do some laps in the airport when I wasn't dealing with the stupid alarm company, but not as much as I'd have liked. I'll give myself 1 mile for today. I can't use my ticket, so it's 58.4 miles total. Doing a fitness walk at 7am tomorrow, so I'll track that. Going on a horseback trail ride, I won't track that0

I'm seeing lots of folks in the green right now (and lots of folks really close to being in green). 10 days left in the month, everyone - keep movin'!!! Keep challenging yourselves, and even if goal is unattainable at this point, do your best!!
