    I am trying to regain control of another part of my life - not food related. TS is a 'name' I use for the beast I am fighting. I find this thread helps me a lot with binging. Just knowing that I have to update it usually helps me stay on track. I was hoping it could help me with my battle vs TS as well. I'm feeling a bit lost with it at the moment.

    totaldetermination - I am also finding it tough to translate my progress with food to other areas... i need to sleep better, have less screen time, and procrastinate less... these are all very important and causing significant problems in my life, but I don't seem to be able to focus on them. I think it is really hard to tackle more than one thing at a time :/

    crepes - Try to remember how you feel after you binge when you're tempted to do it. I know oftentimes when I want to binge, I lie to myself and pretend that "this time I won't feel like *kitten* afterwards, I'll just enjoy it then stop". That's never how it goes, of course.
